Your Thoughts are Lying to YOU!

In a nutshell, negative self-talk is that inner critic whispering (or sometimes shouting) that you’re not good enough, smart enough, or worthy enough. It’s the voice that second-guesses your choices, downplays your accomplishments, and holds you back from reaching your potential. Personally, I have been told that I would never make it in life, nor would I ever be loved.  Those words hurt and while I know this isn’t true; it doesn’t mean that they don’t haunt me at times. The good news is that negative self-talk is actually a learned behavior, and it can be unlearned!
