30-Day challenge

I hope everyone is doing well! Spring has sprung, and Easter has passed. The shining sun's warmth signals that Summer is not far behind.

While my last several blogs have focused on the red flags of gaslighting and domestic abuse, I thought I would change and write about creating and maintaining positive relationships. While researching, I came across this website – www.twodrifters.us- offering a 30-day relationship challenge. After completing this challenge, you should see an improvement in your relationship. The challenge doesn't require a lot of time or effort. Unfortunately, this challenge will not be a "cure-all" for an already troubled relationship.

Are you ready to get started? Here's the plan:

Day 1 -  Try the 15-second kiss

Day 2 – Have a relationship check-in

Day 3 – Discover your Love Languages

Day 4 – Reminisce about when you first met

Day 5 – Give your partner a compliment

Day 6 – Make your partner breakfast in bed

Day 7 – Take a relationship quiz

Day 8 – Plan a surprise date night

Day 9 – Play a board game together

Day 10 – Make a list of 10 things you love about them

Day 11 – Make a couples bucket list

Day 12 – Ask one another 5 deep questions

Day 13 – Slow dance to a romantic song

Day 14 – Have a late-night date

Day 15 – Make a delicious dessert together

Day 16 – Let them pick the movie tonight

Day 17 – Unplug for one evening

Day 18 – Leave them a sweet little note

Day 19 – Take a walk together

Day 20 – Give your partner a relaxing massage

Day 21 – Ask them what they need from you today

Day 22 – Plan a romantic getaway

Day 23 – Thank your partner for something today

Day 24 – Pack them their favorite lunch

Day 25 – Get up early and have coffee together

Day 26 – Play a sexy game

Day 27 – Do their least favorite chore for them

Day 28 – Say a prayer for them

Day 29 – Send your partner a flirty text

Day 30 – Ask them how you can be a better partner

These are just some ideas for what you can do for 30 days. Feel free to make this your own challenge. And let me know how it went! I would love to hear your success stories!
