  1. Open Communication : Keep the conversation going! If chats with your partner are running dry or you find them dodging important talks, it’s time to hit pause button and reevaluate. Solid relationships thrive on communication – the key to understanding and connection!

  2. Support System : Your partner should be your biggest cheerleader! If you’re missing the applause or kudos for your wins, it’s time to reassess. Healthy relationships are about lifting each other up and celebrating victories together.
